A three-month residency for artists working in Kohler Co.’s Pottery and Foundry with full studio access, free industrial materials, use of equipment, technical support, housing, round-trip transportation, and a monthly honorarium.
24-hour access to studio space, industrial materials, and equipment.
Technical assistance, photographic services, housing, round-trip transportation, and a modest weekly stipend.
Open to all disciplines: Artists from any field (visual arts, design, interdisciplinary practices, etc.) are welcome.
International applicants: Artists from outside the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
No prior experience required: You don’t need background in clay or cast metal; openness to new ideas and creating new work is what matters.
Commitment: Selected artists must commit to the full three-month residency period.
Selection process: Up to 12 artists per year are chosen through a competitive jury process.
