About KAUST MEWC Winter Camp

KAUST MEWC Winter Camp 2027 provides a fully funded six-week research internship in Saudi Arabia for undergraduate and master’s students focused on microelectronics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, and related fields. The program runs from January 4 to February 11, 2027, and includes hands-on research projects mentored by KAUST faculty.

The program is hosted by the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) on its campus. Participants will access KAUST research facilities, attend technical workshops, develop prototypes, take part in an e-poster competition, and receive a certificate upon completion.

KAUST MEWC Winter Camp Requirements

• Candidates from all countries are eligible.
• Open to Recent graduates, senior undergraduates, or current master’s students in a discipline related to electrical and computer engineering.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 out of 4.00 or higher.
• Possess strong English language proficiency.
• Demonstrate a strong motivation to work on research projects.
