About KYOTO University Amgen Internship
This fully funded, nine-week summer research opportunity in Japan lets international students gain hands-on research experience at one of Japan’s leading universities. Interns will receive a Stipend, Airfare Tickets, and Free Accommodation. This Summer Internship in Japan is an opportunity to work under a Kyoto University faculty member and receive their guidance. During the internship, participants can explore popular destinations in Kyoto, such as colorful temples, shrines, and traditional gardens.

- Stipend: Scholars will receive:
- 90,000 yen at the beginning of the program
- 90,000 yen in the middle of July

KYOTO University Amgen Internship Requirements
- The Internship is open to International students and domestic students.
- The applicant must be an undergraduate student.
- The applicant must be enrolled in colleges or universities in Asia.
- The applicant must have completed the first year of undergraduate study at the time the Summer internship begins.
- Must have at least 1 semester left after the internship.
