About Liberty Career Academy Scholarship
LCA Scholarship helps students access financial assistance and career support to pursue post-secondary education and vocational training. The LCA Scholarship is open to eligible students, applicants must meet general criteria and category-specific requirements before applying. The scholarship is offered by Liberty Career Academy (LCA), which runs the LCA Scholarship program to support students with tuition assistance, mentorship and access to its alumni and partner network. Applicants will be assessed on academic merit, financial need and potential for career success.
Benefits of Liberty Career Academy Scholarship
- All candidates will be required and must be able to provide verifiable proof of all academic/non-academic accomplishments and claims made during the screening process. Inability to do so could lead to automatic disqualification.
- The scholarship is open only to students in their 1st to 3rd year of a four-year program, 1st to 4th year of a five-year program, and those in their 1st to 5th year of a six-year program.
- You must meet the following General Criteria (Applicable to all Categories)
- Academic History: WASSCE + JAMB results. Once enrolled in a post-secondary institution, the most recent CGPA qualifies the candidate for the scholarship.
- Nigerian citizen/legal residents from another African country studying or living in Nigeria at the time of the application.
- Have a valid government-issued means of identification. If you do not have one, your ID must be supported by the government issued ID of a direct family member
- You would be required to submit a 500-word Personal Statement. AI generated statements lead to automatic disqualification.
Liberty Career Academy Scholarship Requirements
- Demonstrated financial need
- Orphan or from a single parent family,
- Enrolled or obtained admission in an accredited post-secondary institution (University, Polytechnic, College of Education/Technical College) within Nigeria.
- Show academic ability and achievement with a minimum of 4.0/5.0 CGPA (or its equivalent) or 240/400 Jamb Score if recently admitted to a post-secondary institution.
- Meet all the general requirements of the LCA scholarship program.
