About Maastricht University Holland-High Potential Scholarship
Opportunity Details
The Scholarship programme consists of both the High Potential Scholarship (funded by the Maastricht University Scholarship Fund), and the NL Scholarship, which is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in conjunction with Dutch universities and universities of applied sciences. It is aimed at international students from outside the EU/EEA who wish to follow a full degree programme in the Netherlands.
Benefits of Maastricht University Holland-High Potential Scholarship
- 13 months enrolled living expenses: €15,925
- 25 months enrolled living expenses: €30,625
- Health insurance: €700
- Visa application cost: as per the cost
- Tuition Fee: as per cost
- Pre-Academic Traiing: as per cost.

Maastricht University Holland-High Potential Scholarship Requirements
- Candidates must be citizens of a country outside the EU/EEA, Surinam or Switzerland.
- Applicants should meet the requirements for obtaining an entry visa and authorization to reside in the host country (the Netherlands)
- Applicants should not possess dual citizenship with an EU/EEA nation.
- For the academic year 2026-2027,you should have applied for admission to participate in a full-time Master's program at Maastricht University.
- As an applicant, you should be eligible for admission to a participating UM master's degree program to which you have applied.
- The candidate must have never participated in any higher education program in the neatherlands.
- Applicants participating in Holland exchange programs are also eligible to apply for the opportunity.
- Age: not above 35 on September 1,2026
- You must have a stromg academic background.
