The MOPGA 2027 program aims to strengthen scientific contributions to environmental issues addressed at the Conferences of the Parties (COPs). It supports international researchers in collaborating with French research institutions to tackle major environmental and climate challenges.

- Monthly Allowance: €2,500
- Settling-in Allowance: €500
- Health Coverage: Includes health insurance, civil liability insurance, repatriation assistance, and supplementary health insurance upon registration with the French social security system.
(MOPGA) 2027: Visiting Fellowship Program for Early Career Researchers Requirements
- Researchers with a doctoral degree awarded between December 2021 and December 2026.
- Applicants must be of foreign nationality, excluding French nationality.
- Must not be residing or professionally active in France at the time of application.
- Applicants should not have previously received a MOPGA fellowship.
