Not-for-profit constituted bodies, including Incorporated Associations or Companies by Limited Guarantee.
Auspiced community groups that are supported by an incorporated not-for-profit entity capable of legal and financial responsibility.
Schools, encouraged to partner with community organisations to benefit the wider community.
