McKinsey & Company Next Generation Women Leaders Program Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Identify as women

• Be based in Europe or have strong professional or academic ties to Europe

• Be one of the following:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or MBA student graduating no later than 2027, or

  • A professional with up to 8 years of work experience

The program welcomes applicants from diverse academic disciplines and professional backgrounds.

Application Date and Process

• Resume in English: Include your education and grades, work experience, extracurricular activities, and achievements.
• Your preferred office location (based on geographic or industry ties) OR business function (based on industry experience). When you apply, you will choose up to three office locations or business functions that will review your application (see FAQ for the list of participating offices/practices). We advise you to make your choices based on geographic or industry ties (e.g., you have studied or lived in the country), or you have work experience in the industry. You should also be fluent in the local language.
• Transcripts: High school and University transcripts with records of grades if applicable.
