The Minderoo Foundation Artist Fund supports independent mid-career artists who have reached an important stage in their professional development and need resources to pursue ambitious creative work.
The fund is open to artists working across any art form. Support can help artists explore ideas, undertake research, develop new work, and strengthen their long-term artistic practice in Western Australia.
The programme is designed around both creative development and career sustainability, giving artists opportunities to take risks and pursue projects that may otherwise be difficult to finance.
Georgia Malone Artist Prize: $15,000 for resilience, innovation, and courage.
Minderoo Artist Award: $50,000 for outstanding artistic achievement and impact.
