About Ministry of Foreign Affairs Directorate for EU Affairs - Jean Monnet Scholarship

Jean Monnet Scholarship supports postgraduate study or research linked to the EU acquis and is open to eligible students and university staff in Türkiye. The Jean Monnet Scholarship helps candidates specialise in EU-related fields and includes tuition and living support in many cases.

The scholarship is funded by the European Union and administered through the programme’s selection and placement processes. Applications for the 2027–2028 academic intake opened in August 2026 and selection involves administrative review and a written examination.
