About Morgan Stanley - Sustainable Finance Fellowship Program
The Fellowship program is designed to cultivate and engage emerging leaders in sustainable finance. Fellows will take part in firmwide and divisional programming and will network with sustainable finance practitioners and senior leaders across the Firm through small-group learning sessions, coffee chats and social activities.
Benefits of Morgan Stanley - Sustainable Finance Fellowship Program
- Expected base pay rate for the role will be $135,000 USD per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and other Morgan Stanley-sponsored benefit programs.

- Be currently working toward a master’s degree or enrolled in a graduate-level program
- Possess a clear and demonstrable interest in sustainability and finance
- Be able to summarize and articulate complex ideas effectively
- Be a team player and a self-starter who enjoys working on projects independently and in groups
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently
