Eligible applicants must be legally registered organisations in Rwanda with an appropriate social-impact mandate.

Eligible organisation types include:

• Non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
• Non-profit organisations (NPOs).
• Foundations.
• Educational institutions.
• Training institutions.
• Social enterprises with a clear social mission.
