The Capability Development Grant (CD Grant) encourages and supports the continuous professional development of the people that work in Singapore’s arts and culture sector. This grant can support individuals and organisations for programmes such as workshops, masterclasses, seminars, conferences, residencies and many other professional training and skills development programmes.
Funding Support
Up to $20,000 per financial year for individuals
Up to $75,000 per financial year for organisations
Individual Applicants
Singapore citizens or permanent residents
Actively involved in the arts sector
Priority given to self-employed artists and practitioners
Organisational Applicants
Registered with ACRA or Registry of Societies
Engaged in arts-related activities
Informal Groups
Eligible if majority are Singapore citizens/PRs
Must appoint a responsible representative
