Benefits of NCTU Scholarship
- Bachelor Degree Scholarship: Up to NT$21,000 per month monthly stipend and/or tuition waiver.
- Master Degree Scholarship: University tuition fees waivers and monthly stipend NT$22,000 per month; assistantship offered by advisor for research work.
- Doctoral Degree Scholarship: Waiver of tuition fees and monthly stipend NT$29,000 per month; assistantship by advisor for research work.
- MOFA Scholarship: Monthly stipend NT$30,000 and one direct round-trip economy-class ticket.
- MOE Scholarship: Waiver of tuition and certain fees for recipients at participating universities.
NCTU Scholarship Requirements
- International applicants (except Taiwan) of any nationality are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be healthy both physically and mentally.
- Candidates who are recipients of any other scholarships are not eligible.
- Applicants should fill out the application form correctly, honestly, completely, and submit required materials.
- Educational requirements by level: high school diploma for Undergraduate, bachelor’s degree for Master’s, master’s degree for Doctoral.
