About Novo Nordisk Foundation - RECRUIT Sabbatical Grant Programme
The purpose of the RECRUIT Sabbatical grants is to support internationalisation by enabling transient embedment of university faculty in a foreign environment. The grants support university faculty in time-unlimited positions. All candidates for the RECRUIT programme are nominated by Danish universities. A nomination quota for RECRUIT is allocated to each Danish university.
Benefits of Novo Nordisk Foundation - RECRUIT Sabbatical Grant Programme
- A total of up to DKK 1 million is available per Sabbatical grant. The duration of a sabbatical period can range from 3 to 12 months.
Novo Nordisk Foundation - RECRUIT Sabbatical Grant Programme Requirements
- University faculty in a time-unlimited position, either from abroad going to Denmark, e.g., to explore Danish science in advance of a RECRUIT application, or from Denmark wishing to visit a foreign research group. Applicants may submit only one application per RECRUIT Sabbaticals call.
