About NSW Government - Audience Development Program
The Audience Development Program 2026/27 supports public screenings, festivals, and touring events that provide communities throughout New South Wales with opportunities to experience high-quality screen content and innovative screen practice.
The program aims to improve access to screen culture, strengthen the screen exhibition sector, and encourage greater participation from diverse communities across NSW.

- The program provides grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000.
NSW Government - Audience Development Program Requirements
To be eligible for funding under the Audience Development Program, applicants must:
- Be an Australian organisation, including:
- Companies and not-for-profit incorporated bodies
- Co-operatives, trusts or local government authorities
- A consortium or a group of organisations working collaboratively
- Have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Be legally constituted and able to provide proof of legal status
- Adhere to general eligibility requirements under the Screen NSW Terms of Trade.
