- The Singapore internship program is open to both undergraduates and master’s students.
- For undergraduate students, applicants must have completed at least 2 years of their degree, and for master’s, they should be in the first year of their degree program.
- NUS internship is open to students from all over the world.
- Students from all fields are eligible.
- They must have a strong interest in academic research.
- They must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
- Applicants must maintain their student status throughout the IRIS at NUS internship period.

- Step 1: Access the Graduate Admission System (GDA3) to apply for the IRIS@NUS programme.
Add New Programme - Select: 'Non-Degree Programme'; 'Full-Time'; Enroll in 'May 2026 Special Term' - Click on the 'View Programmes for application' button - Click on the 'Apply Now' button for the 'Internship and Research Immersion in Singapore (IRIS) at NUS Programme'.
- Step 2: Upload the necessary documents and complete the required sections.
