The Obama Foundation’s Leaders program aims to inspire, empower, and connect regional cohorts of changemakers to accelerate positive and lasting change in their communities and throughout their region and across our world.

These benefits are designed to empower participants to deepen their impact and sustain long-term change in their regions.
Changenakers between the ages of 24 and 45 from Africa, Asia-Pacific. Europe, and United States regions who want to deepen their leadership skills and connect with other emerging leaders are invited to apply.
Must be a citizen, permanent resident, or long-term resident (5+ years) of an eligible country in one of the four regions
Must be professionally proficient in English
Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience
Must not run for political office during the program period
Must have no legal restrictions preventing participation in virtual or U.S.-based programming
