Olam Agri Africa Finance Program Requirements

Education: Master's degree in Finance (or equivalent)
Certification: ACCA / FMVA / CFA / DFCE / ICAN or equivalent
Experience: Around 3–5 years in a finance-related role
Language: English mandatory; an additional local language may be required depending on the country (e.g., French/Portuguese).
Mobility: Willing to work across Africa, including remote locations
