About Parkland Valley Active Communities Grant Program
The Parkland Valley Active Communities Grant is a micro-grant funding program designed to support sport, culture, and recreation initiatives across the Parkland Valley District. It is funded through Saskatchewan Lotteries and aims to strengthen community engagement, increase participation in local activities, and reduce financial and access barriers for residents.

- Grant range: $100 to $1,000 per project
Parkland Valley Active Communities Grant Program Requirements
Eligible organizations include:
- Urban and rural municipalities
- First Nation communities
- Libraries
- Recreation boards
- Museums
- Registered sport, culture, and recreation non-profit organizations
Additional provision:
- Non-registered groups may apply if partnered with an eligible accountable organization that manages funds and reporting
