Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2027 supports PCNS youth by offering two fully funded places to participate in the Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2027 in New Delhi, India, from March 11 to 20, 2027. The Raisina Fellowship places cover a comprehensive fellows’ program, roundtrip economy airfare, accommodation, meals, and in-country transportation.
The programme is part of a strategic partnership between the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI). Selected fellows will be inducted at the Raisina Dialogue and join ORF’s alumni network of over 2,500 former participants.
