This six-week virtual fellowship brings together young women from Northern Nigeria who are ready to grow as leaders, engage with issues that shape their communities, find their voices in spaces where decisions are made, and turn their ideas into action.
Leadership Development: Gain skills in advocacy, public policy, governance, and community engagement.
Capacity Building: Training on financial inclusion, education, and digital spaces to strengthen professional and civic impact.
Grant Writing Support: Guidance to improve access to funding opportunities for projects and initiatives.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with peers, mentors, and decision-makers in leadership and advocacy spaces.
Practical Experience: Exposure to real-world decision-making platforms and community development practices.
Inclusive Environment: Special encouragement and support for young women with disabilities to participate fully.
