About Presidential Digital Talent Programme – Cohort XI
Digitalent is a strategic intervention by the ICT Authority on behalf of The Ministry of Information, Communications and The Digital Economy (MICDE) to develop and maintain excessive finish ICT expertise by bridging the hole between trade necessities and the capabilities of the native workforce.
The programme goal is to develop and put together younger ICT graduates to take up employment alternatives within the ICT and different sectors by gaining office expertise, mentorship, and constructing skilled networks.

Presidential Digital Talent Programme – Cohort XI Requirements
- Graduated and attained First Class or Second Class Honours – Upper Division (or equal) from a acknowledged establishment within the final two years (from Jan 2024).
- If ready commencement (until Dec 2026), present a suggestion/reference letter from the University signed & stamped by the college indicating First or Upper Second-Class Honors to be awarded.
- Recent graduates in BSc. ICT or Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication, Systems/Software, Security). Must exhibit technical competencies in core areas previous to interview.
- MUST be a Kenyan youth (21-29 yrs) & unemployed.
- MUST NOT have beforehand undertaken a Government of Kenya internship program.
- Ready to be deployed full-time (8:00AM – 5:00PM) in any MCDA throughout 47 counties.
Females, individuals with incapacity and graduates from ASAL areas are extremely inspired to apply.
