About Pro Helvetia Emerging Talents Production Grant Program
The Emerging Talents Production Grant by Pro Helvetia is a strategic funding instrument designed to bridge the gap between initial prototyping and full-scale production. It empowers creators to transform a completed prototype or sample collection into a market-ready or exhibition-ready cultural project.
Benefits of Pro Helvetia Emerging Talents Production Grant Program
- Up to CHF 50,000 on the condition that own or third-party funding is available on a binding basis (matching grant)
- Additional, individual coaching measures are possible
Pro Helvetia Emerging Talents Production Grant Program Requirements
- Emerging Talents’ are professional designers whose design-relevant training or registration (self-employed, sole proprietorship, company) dates back less than seven years.
Application Date and Process
- Concept (max. 10 A4 pages) incl.:
- project description with plans, visualisations, etc.
- compelling marketing strategy
- value proposition (form available on application portal under ‘Attachments’)
- Resume and portfolio of the participants, as well as an overview of the project’s organisation including responsibilities and structure
- Proof of status as an Emerging Talent: diploma or proof of registration (as self-employed, a sole proprietorship, or a company)
- Detailed budget incl. information on own labour input and financial plan, cost estimate incl. offers
- Signed proof of self-financing or third-party financing with indication of the amount available for production (labour costs are not accepted as self-financing)
- Proof of copyright and rights of use
All documents must in principle be submitted in English.
