About QIA Scholarship Program
The QIA Scholarship Program is a fully funded initiative by the Qatar Investment Authority for Qatari high school students to pursue bachelor’s degrees at top universities in Hong Kong. It covers tuition, monthly allowances, health insurance, and guarantees employment upon graduation, aiming to develop future leaders for Qatar National Vision 2030.

QIA Scholarship Program Requirements
- Must be a Qatari national
- Currently in the final year of secondary school at the time of application
- A recent IELTS overall band score of 6.5, with no component below 5.0 (taken within the last 24 months)
- National Service clearance from Qatar National Service Academy (applicable to male applicants only)
- A minimum overall secondary school score of 90% (IB and A-Level scores must be converted to percentage)
- An unconditional offer for a full-time bachelor’s degree in a university and major approved by QIA
- A salary or retirement certificate from the student’s parent or guardian
Application Date and Process
- Phase 1: Complete the scholarship application form via the designated platform.
- Phase 2: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 30-minute one-on-one interview.
- Phase 3: Attend a full-day in-person group assessment to evaluate leadership, agility, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
- Phase 4: Final high school results will be collected from applicants. Successful candidates will receive official acceptance notifications.
