About Radboud University Scholarship

Radboud University Scholarship 2027 supports talented non-EU/non-EEA students to study an English-taught Master’s degree at Radboud University in the Netherlands; the Radboud Scholarship provides a substantial tuition reduction and covers visa, residence permit and insurance costs for selected recipients.

Radboud University in Nijmegen is the scholarship provider; for 2027–28 a maximum of 22 Radboud Scholarships are available across participating faculties and selection is based on academic excellence, motivation and relevance of previous education.

Radboud University Scholarship Requirements

  • Hold a non-EU/non-EEA passport.
  • Be applying for an eligible English-taught Master’s programme at Radboud University.
  • Have completed or be completing a Bachelor’s degree obtained outside the Netherlands.
  • Have no previous degree obtained in the Netherlands.
  • Have not previously received education in the Netherlands, except for qualifying exchange studies that formed part of a Bachelor’s degree completed outside the Netherlands.
  • Meet the English-language requirements of the selected Master’s programme.
  • Be fully admitted or meet the admission requirements for the eligible Master’s programme.
  • Be able to comply with Dutch visa and residence permit requirements.
  • Be enrolled as a full-time student for the Master’s programme for which the scholarship is awarded.

Application Date and Process

  • Choose an eligible English-taught Master’s programme at Radboud University.
  • Begin the Master’s application through the university’s online application system.
  • Indicate that you want to apply for the Radboud Scholarship Programme.
  • Submit the required admission documents.
  • Provide the required motivation and supporting information for scholarship consideration.
  • Make sure your application is complete before the scholarship deadline.
  • Wait for the faculty’s scholarship selection process and final decision.
