About Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship
Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship supports international students pursuing Master’s and PhD programmes at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, providing monthly financial support, travel assistance, and opportunities for cultural exchange. The Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship aims to promote friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and other countries through academic study and exchange activities.
The Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation funds this programme and APU administers the scholarship for its graduate applicants. Scholars are expected to maintain communication with Rotary members and participate in cultural and exchange activities as required while studying at APU.

Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship Requirements
- Be an international student who lives outside Japan when applying.
- Apply for an eligible Master’s or PhD programme at APU.
- Be eligible for admission to the selected graduate programme.
- Plan to begin studies at APU in the relevant intake.
- Have strong academic performance.
- Show a clear study and career plan.
- Have an interest in Japan and international exchange.
- Be willing to communicate with Rotary members and participate in relevant activities.
- Meet the age and other conditions set by the Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation.
