The Singapore AI Safety Fellowship is an independent research fellowship that connects fellows with leading mentors working on technical AI safety and governance. Fellows conduct research for three months in Singapore, building the skills and relationships for international coordination on AI safety.It's built for researchers who want their work to inform real-world AI safety practice, on top of publishing it. Singapore's role as a globally connected, policy-engaged hub makes that possible.

Stipend and housing
$5,000 SGD per month, with housing provided throughout the fellowship.
