About SASH - Singapore AI Safety Fellowship

The Singapore AI Safety Fellowship is an independent research fellowship that connects fellows with leading mentors working on technical AI safety and governance. Fellows conduct research for three months in Singapore, building the skills and relationships for international coordination on AI safety.It's built for researchers who want their work to inform real-world AI safety practice, on top of publishing it. Singapore's role as a globally connected, policy-engaged hub makes that possible.

SASH - Singapore AI Safety Fellowship Requirements

  • Applicants must be willing to work in an international and collaborative environment.
  • Candidates should have track record of strong technical research.
  • Candidates should’ve interest in AI’s development and must be comfortable to work across different cultures and disciplines.
  • Fellows must be available to work full-time for three months in Singapore.
