About Sciences Po University Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po is designed for students from the African continent who wish to pursue a two-year Master's degree at Sciences Po. The Program covers the full financial needs of selected Scholars and provides comprehensive support throughout their two years of study at Sciences Po.

Sciences Po University Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be citizens of an African country. Applicants with dual citizenship that includes a non-African country are not eligible.
- Be completing or already hold a bachelor's degree and meet one of the specified institutional, bridge-program, or refugee-status pathways.
- Be under 35 years old on 1 September of the application year.
- Not already hold or be pursuing a master's degree.
- Be applying to the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program for the first time.
