The SADC Media Awards are open to journalists from the SADC Member States. The Awards were established in 1996 to recognise best media work in disseminating information on SADC to support the process of regional co-operation, integration and development in the SADC region.
Open to journalists from SADC Member States.
Entries must have been published/broadcast in 2025 by registered media houses/agencies.
Themes must focus on regional integration issues (e.g., infrastructure, economy, culture, sports, agriculture).
Exclusions: SADC Secretariat staff and institutions contracted by SADC.
