About SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program for International Students
The Graduate Scholarship Program at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) is now accepting applications. The SIIT Scholarship in Thailand for August 2026 intake, is a fully funded scholarship for international students with outstanding academic and extracurricular records. This SIIT graduate scholarship program is open to international students pursuing master’s and doctoral degrees.
Benefits of SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program for International Students
- PhD (Type A): 15,000 Baht/month living allowance, tuition, research support, travel, insurance.
- PhD (Type B): 10,000 Baht/month allowance, tuition, research support, travel, insurance.
- Master’s (Type B): Tuition, research support, 10,000 Baht/month allowance, travel, insurance.
- All require at least 12 months residence in SIIT dormitory
SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program for International Students Requirements
- The applicant can be from any country except Thailand.
- The applicant must be able to continue his or her master’s and doctoral studies at SIIT.
- Meet the graduation program requirement at SIIT
- To be admitted to the master’s program, students must have a CGPA of at least 2.75 in their bachelor’s degree.
- Students wanting to pursue a Ph.D. must have a CGPA of 3.50 in their previous Master’s degree.
- The applicant must be fluent in English (TOEFL (PBT 400+, or IBT 32+), IELTS 4.5+) and provide certified proof of proficiency.
- The applicant must have a strong and outstanding academic record and have graduated in the top 20% of his or her class.
- Be in good health and have a clean record.
- Provide two recommendation letters (at least one recommendation letter must come from an academic instructor/advisor)
- Applicants who have received other grants or scholarships are not eligible to apply.

- Statement of Purpose (at least one page)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
- Official transcripts (Bachelor’s and Master’s)
- Citizen ID card or passport
- Research paper, publication, or certificates (if applicable)
- Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches in JPEG format)
