Southern Grampians Shire Council Community is currently accepting applications for its Partnership Grants Program 2026. Interested applicants are encouraged to click here to learn more about this grants and apply for it.
Council's Community Partnership Grants program has funded club building repairs, general equipment, furniture, safety gear, promotional signage, environmental protection programs, heritage projects, events, and festivals. Council promotes funding opportunities twice a year and hosts drop-in sessions across the Shire so potential grant applicants have all the support they need to submit their application.
Grants of up to $15,000 per financial year are available.
Applications requesting more than $3,000 must demonstrate a matching cash contribution.
Funding is competitive and subject to availability; full requested amounts are not guaranteed.
Projects funded in previous years may not automatically receive funding again.
Applicants must be based in the Southern Grampians Shire or deliver projects, services, events, or programs that directly benefit the shire.
Eligible applicants include not-for-profit incorporated organisations, community groups, or clubs.
Individuals may only apply under Art, Culture, and Heritage categories.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be assessed.
