About Stanford University Center for International Security and Cooperation Fellowship
The Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University serves as a forum for scholars and professionals to explore complex international problems and innovative solutions in a collegial and collaborative environment. The CISAC Fellowship Program is an integral part of this mission. CISAC fellows spend the academic year engaged in research and writing, and are expected to participate in seminars/workshops and to interact and collaborate with leading faculty and researchers.

Stanford University Center for International Security and Cooperation Fellowship Requirements
- Open to individuals currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program.
- Strong preference is generally given to candidates who are far along in their Ph.D., especially those near completion.
- DPhil degrees are accepted as Ph.D. equivalents.
- No U.S. citizenship requirement; international applicants are welcome.
