The Cambridge Building Society Community Fund supports charitable initiatives focused on housing access, homelessness, and sustainability in homes.The program prioritizes projects that improve living conditions, provide housing guidance, or help vulnerable individuals and families secure safe and sustainable homes.
Standard Grants: £2,500 – £10,000 for projects connected to housing and homes
Multi-Year Grants: Up to £10,000 per year for projects lasting up to three years
One-Off Capital Donations: Up to £20,000 for larger capital-based initiatives
Non-profit organizations undertaking charitable activities
Must operate within a 15-mile radius of The Cambridge Building Society branch and store network
Organizations must demonstrate a clear connection to housing and show tangible community impact
The fund is ideal for organizations that:
Support vulnerable individuals or families with housing needs
Provide housing advice, guidance, or advocacy
Work on homelessness prevention or intervention programs
Develop sustainable home projects or initiatives that improve long-term living conditions
