About The Diana Award - AGFUND Development Programme
A six-month pilot programme supporting Diana Award Recipients across Africa to strengthen, sustain and scale their social action work.

Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Strengthen their leadership and confidence
- Develop practical strategies for sustaining and growing their work
- Build partnerships and expand their networks
- Improve how they measure, communicate and demonstrate impact
- Connect with a community of Diana Award Recipients across Africa
- Increase visibility and access to future opportunities
Throughout the programme, participants will build a Personal Growth Plan to help them apply learning directly to their work and identify practical next steps.
The Diana Award - AGFUND Development Programme Requirements
This pilot programme is open exclusively to Diana Award Recipients who:
- Are based in Africa
- Are aged 16-25 at the start of the programme
- Are actively leading social action, a project, initiative or campaign
- Are looking to strengthen, sustain or grow their work
- Can commit to participating in a six-month virtual programme
