The ScaleUp International Incubator is a support programme for established organisations that have already developed experience and solutions in the field of social innovation.Rather than focusing on individuals or very early-stage ideas, the incubator is intended for organisations with a proven track record that want to increase their impact, strengthen their organisational capacity, and collaborate across European borders.

ESIA ScaleUp – The International Incubator for Social Innovations Requirements
The programme is intended for established organisations, rather than individuals or organisations at the very beginning of their development.
Potentially eligible applicants include:
- Established social enterprises.
- Civil society organisations.
- Non-profit organisations.
- Social start-ups with an established track record.
- Community-led initiatives.
- Other registered organisations working in relevant fields.
Applicants must:
- Be a registered organisation.
- Be headquartered in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Estonia, or another European country.
- Have a proven track record in their area of work.
- Be actively working on relevant social innovation, democracy, community, or related challenges.
- Have a solution, approach, or organisational experience that can potentially be developed or scaled.
