About Houssian Foundation Daylight Fund
The Daylight Fund 2026 is a funding initiative that supports organizations actively working to improve gender-based safety and wellbeing across Canada.
Benefits of Houssian Foundation Daylight Fund
- The Daylight Fund provides grants ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 with a goal of supporting a range of work in communities across the country, particularly those in rural or remote communities or whose work has been otherwise historically under-resourced.
Houssian Foundation Daylight Fund Requirements
- Funding is open to organizations directly serving women, gender-diverse and trans communities in Canada with programs specifically designed to meet the needs of those populations. Applicants must demonstrate a clear commitment to creating safer, more equitable environments through established programming that is designed to meet the needs of women and gender-diverse people in a community.
- Daylight funds are one-year grants that can be applied to an organization’s operating expenses.
