About The Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation - Tracey Emin Artist Residency Art School Programme

The Inlaks Residency at Tracey Emin Foundation is a collaborative initiative between the Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation and the Tracey Emin Foundation.

The residency is designed to support the creative and professional development of an emerging Indian painter through an extended period of studio practice in the United Kingdom.

The programme provides the selected artist with an opportunity to work within a professional artistic community, develop their practice, receive mentorship, and build connections with influential people working across the contemporary art sector.

Benefits of The Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation - Tracey Emin Artist Residency Art School Programme

  • The selected artist receives GBP 12,000 in partial financial support.
  • The funding is intended to help with living expenses in the UK during the residency.
  • The residency itself is studio-based, and applicants should understand that the GBP 12,000 support is described as partial financial assistance rather than necessarily covering all costs associated with living in the UK for 14 months.
