The Kenan Fellows Program for Teacher Leadership is a yearlong fellowship for North Carolina K–12 public and charter school educators. Running from May to April, it includes 80 hours of professional development and a three-week externship with local industries or higher education partners.
Fellows are paired with local industry or higher education experts for real-world insights.
Activities include shadowing employees, touring facilities, and exploring career pathways for students.
