The United Nations SDSN Youth Local Pathways Fellowship 2026 is a 10‑month fellowship program created by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network Youth Initiative (SDSN Youth). The mission is to empower young urban leaders to advance Sustainable Development Goal 11 (SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities).
Global visibility as champions of sustainable urban development.
Access to a vast network of SDG professionals and advocates.
Opportunities to attend or speak at events.
Professional and personal relationship building with stakeholders in civil society, business, government, and the UN.
Rapid skill development in a flexible, meaningful environment.
Passion for sustainable development and SDGs.
Background in urban planning, sustainability, advocacy, or related fields.
At least 1 year of academic or professional experience in relevant areas.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Age requirement: 18–30 years old.
Must commit to 4–6 hours per week and have a stable internet connection.
Excellent English proficiency plus local language skills.
