The Innovation Fellowship focuses on building the innovation skills and competencies of participants, and supports them to engage with colleagues, partners, and refugees to bring innovative approaches into their operations or divisions.
Includes real-life assignments, online workshops, webinars, peer-support sessions, and alumni engagement.
Fellows work through a guided process: identifying problems, brainstorming solutions, rapid testing, and refining ideas.
Emphasis is on learning and applying innovation methods rather than producing a perfect final product.
