About Villum Fonden - Enabling Capable Citizens
The Enabling Capable Citizens programme was established to address the challenges faced by vulnerable young people in European societies undergoing significant environmental and social changes.The green transition creates new demands for education, skills, employment, and civic participation. ECC aims to ensure that young people at risk of exclusion are not left behind.
Benefits of Villum Fonden - Enabling Capable Citizens

- The total call budget is EUR 5.3 million.
Villum Fonden - Enabling Capable Citizens Requirements
- Eligible applicants: Schools, educational institutions, civil society organisations, local innovators, public authorities .
- Not eligible: Private individuals and for-profit activities .
- Geographic scope: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary (cross-country projects allowed) .
- Activities outside these countries may be considered if justified .
- Language requirement: Applications must be submitted in English; project managers must be able to communicate in English
