Applications are restricted to organisations operating within the Wakefield district.
Eligible applicants include:
- Constituted community groups
- Registered charities
- Community Interest Companies (CICs)
- Parish and town councils
- Other VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) organisations
Organisational requirements:
- Must be based in the Wakefield district
- Must hold public liability insurance during project delivery
- Must have safeguarding policies if working with children or vulnerable adults
- Must maintain proper financial records
- Must have a governing document and bank account (with two unrelated signatories for community groups/VCSEs)
