The Catalyst and Transformation (CAT) Fund is a funding programme that helps Ontario arts organisations explore major organisational changes before moving into implementation.The fund supports structured Exploration projects that allow organisations to examine important questions about their future direction, sustainability, and operating models.
The CAT Fund is open to Ontario-based incorporated non-profit arts and arts service organizations, including incorporated artist collectives operating on a non-profit basis.

While previous CAT Fund recipients are welcome to apply, priority will be given to organizations that have not previously received CAT Fund support. Previous applicants must also be applying for new and distinct phases of work or initiatives.
