About WACA Student Scholars Program
WACA Student Scholars is a program that offers nominated undergraduate students the chance to attend the WACA National Conference at no cost. The focus is on students nominated by local World Affairs Councils who then complete an online application to be considered for selectionThe program is run by the World Affairs Councils of America (WACA) and provides support for conference attendance, travel, room, and board for selected participants.

WACA Student Scholars Program Requirements
- Undergraduate student
- 18 years or older
- Must be nominated by a local World Affairs Council (one nominee per Council)
Application Date and Process
- First, interested students should confirm whether their local World Affairs Council will nominate them.
- Then, nominated students should complete the online application form.
- Selections are announced within two weeks after the application deadline.
