Free to enter and open to photographers at all stages of their careers, the awards provide an inclusive global platform for emerging talent and established practitioners alike.
Benefits of Xposure International Photography Festival Awards
- The International Photography Awards offer a total prize pool exceeding USD 60,000 across categories. The jury selects an Overall Winner alongside category winners and runners-up. In addition to formal recognition, shortlisted photographers gain visibility through exhibition opportunities and festival programming, reinforcing the awards as both a competitive platform and a curatorial process.
There are seven nominees per category, including the winner and runner-up.
- Overall Winner – $6,000 (USD) / Flights and accommodation to the Awards Ceremony in Sharjah UAE / Included in the Xposure festival exhibition
- Category Winners – $3,000 (USD) / Flights and accommodation to the Awards Ceremony in Sharjah UAE / Included in the Xposure festival exhibition
- Category Runner-up – $1,500 (USD) / Included in the Xposure festival exhibition / Flights and accommodation to the Awards Ceremony in Sharjah, UAE
- Nominees – Online Exhibition/image displayed during the Xposure Festival
Xposure International Photography Festival Awards Requirements
- This competition is FREE to enter and open to all nationalities over 18. There is a Junior Category for UAE residents under 18.
