Now in its 12th year, the Yale Environment 360 Film Contest is accepting entries from filmmakers around the world who are using the power of short film to spotlight critical environmental issues. The contest recognizes the year's best environmental short films, with a focus on originality, visual storytelling, and compelling perspectives on pressing ecological challenges.
The Yale Environment 360 Film Contest provides a global platform for filmmakers to amplify environmental awareness and action. Entries must explore a significant environmental topic, whether through documentary storytelling, investigative reporting, or creative narrative formats.
The contest judges will be Yale Environment 360 editor-in-chief Roger Cohn, Pulitzer Prize winner and e360 contributing writer Elizabeth Kolbert, and Oscar-winning documentary filmmaker Thomas Lennon.
