About Young Leaders Program

Young Leaders Program is a fully funded opportunity to attend the Young Leaders Program 2026 and participate in the 18th South China Sea International Conference in Hanoi. The Young Leaders Scholarship supports selected young participants with airfare, accommodation, local transport, and meals for the conference running from 6-8 October 2026.

The organisers of the Young Leaders Program bring together youth from around the world to discuss regional cooperation and next-generation solutions. The program invites candidates with backgrounds in political science, international relations, international law, or related social sciences to share ideas, build networks, and learn from experts.

Young Leaders Program Requirements

• Open to all Nationals.
• You must be between 20 and 35 years old at the start of the program.
• You must be fluent in English.
• A background in political science, international relations, international law, or other social sciences is required.
• Eight Young Leaders will be selected to attend the conference.
