About Zendesk Tech for Good Impact Awards for Global Nonprofit Organizations

Zendesk, we believe that technology can change lives - especially for our most vulnerable populations. That’s why the Zendesk Tech for Good program partners with over 110 nonprofits across the globe to give them free Zendesk software, grants, and pro bono support, empowering more organizations to leverage technology and serve more people.

Benefits of Zendesk Tech for Good Impact Awards for Global Nonprofit Organizations

• Grants range from $5,000 to $50,000 per organization, with a total pool of up to $500,000.

• Additional support includes product/software donations valued up to $500,000 and pro bono assistance.

• The Foundation may adjust award amounts at any time.

Zendesk Tech for Good Impact Awards for Global Nonprofit Organizations Requirements

• Open to verified nonprofit organizations worldwide, including U.S. 501(c)(3) charities.
• Exclusions: Organizations based in certain countries (e.g., Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, etc.) are not eligible.
• Applicants must show how Zendesk’s tools and funding will help them serve more people and create greater impact in disadvantaged communities.
