Roots is a global initiative by Greenpeace. The program aims to nurture a base, build capacity, foster community, and help people win campaigns. Roots partners with youth and climate justice movements in frontline regions to develop capacity, leadership and support intersectional system change! Their work includes running regional and international climate justice camps, supporting local movements through workshops and mentorship, nourishing resilience and wellbeing, tackling climate disinformation, and utilizing creative forms of expression.
